Reproductive healthcare is essential healthcare.
And workers shouldn’t have to worry about losing income for looking after their health.
That’s why the Greens have a plan to introduce 5 days of reproductive leave for public sector employees, like nurses and teachers.
And it will cover health services like IVF and endometriosis treatment, miscarriage, abortion, and gender hormone therapy and reassignment surgery.
Everyone should be valued at work. We want to make it easier for women and gender diverse people to access basic healthcare when they need it.
