Trialling a four day work week will have so many benefits for our community. As well as improving wellbeing, four day work weeks have been shown to reduce gender inequity, create jobs, support local business and address stagnating wages.
Now is the time to put bold ideas on the table to prioritise people over profit. A four day work week is a great place to start.
