Victoria is home to Australia’s most polluting coal-power station.
To tackle the climate crisis, Victoria needs a plan to power our state with cheap, clean 100% renewable energy.
Our state still gets around 70% of its electricity from mining and burning dirty coal.
Victoria has made some progress building renewable energy — but we are lagging behind other states.
ACT & Tasmania are already at 100% renewable. South Australia is at 60% now with a target of 100% by 2030.
Getting to 100% renewable energy is a big job, but it’s possible. The technology exists and the Greens have a plan.
Our plan to tackle the climate crisis:
🔥 Stop burning polluting coal by 2030
☀️ Power Victoria with 100% renewable energy by 2030
👷🏽♀️Guarantee jobs for coal workers
