In this webinar, Victorian Greens Leader Samantha Ratnam is joined by Dr Julie Lawson, Associate Professor for the Australian Housing and Urban Research Institute. Together they take a deep dive into the public housing crisis in Victoria and talk about how a Green New Deal guarantee of universal housing as a human right could give every Victorian a place to call home and stimulate the economy to build a better future for all of us. They’re joined by public housing tenant Deb who has 20 years of lived experience in the public housing system to talk about the real impact these services have on people.
