Yesterday’s damning report from ABC Australia found that old growth forest areas have been logged by VicForests – for years – despite Vic Labor promising they would be protected.
Lying to the Victorian public must stop. The ongoing criminality of VicForests must stop. The ongoing destruction of our irreplaceable native forests must stop.
The Greens will protect nature. We have a plan to legislate an end native forest logging by 2023, which includes a transition plan to move workers into new jobs.
