The 2026 Commonwealth Games is going to be the regional Victorian games: with hubs in Geelong, Bendigo, Ballarat and Gippsland.
This will be the first time in the history of the Games with events across multiple cities.
It’s going to be massive for our state – and only Labor will do the work to make sure all of our regional towns benefit.
Together, we’ll invest in new sporting facilities, tourism opportunities, and permanent housing infrastructure – generating thousands of local jobs for Victorians.
