Prime Minister Albanese announces major defence export deal with Germany
Today I’m in Berlin announcing one of the biggest defence deals in Australian history.
We’ve signed an in-principle agreement to build Boxer Heavy Weapon Carriers for Germany in Queensland.
The project will create well paid manufacturing jobs for Australians.
And mean a boost of more than $1 billion to the Australian economy.
