Many people ask Scott if they have nothing to hide, why they should care if the Government introduces data retention legislation. This week a delegation of Chinese human rights campaigners explained how cyber spying is used on Tibetan and monitory groups in China. A report by the Standing Commitee on Human Rights was tabled today rejecting data retention legislation because it violates our human right here in Australia.
