Day 3 – Chatting to Sarah James about LBTL
Lee is participating in a campaign called ‘Live Below the Line’ that seeks to raise awareness about extreme poverty and raise funds for projects that will make a real difference to people’s lives.
The campaign is a challenge to live for 5 days on less than $2/day: https://www.livebelowtheline.com/.
Each day Lee is doing a little video blog about various aid and poverty related issues.
Today we are posting a snippet of the conversation Lee had with Sarah James who is also doing Live Below the Line and is with The Oak Tree Foundation (ACT Roadtrip Media, Advocacy, & Politics Director and OGC Timor-Leste 2013 Written Communications Manager ).
Lee caught up with Sarah yesterday (7 May) in Canberra when she was there to launch the Greens International Aid and Dev bill.
