Our current WA rental laws make it easier for vulnerable folks to be victimised by landlords and our horrendous rental market. WA is the only state that still allows no fault evictions, with no plans of rectifying this in line with the rest of the country.
If you can’t commit to maintaining a liveable and safe home for your tenants – you shouldn’t be a landlord.
