Senator Richard Di Natale on Dying with Dignity
Senator Richard Di Natale announced a new Greens bill that would overturn a law from 1997 that banned the ACT and Northern Territory from introducing dying with dignity legislation.
When the ban was introduced, euthanasia had already been legal in the Northern Territory for nine months.Richard’s bill would give the Territories back the right to introduce dying with dignity legislation again, if they so choose.
