Labor and Liberal combine to vote down a motion calling on the government to allow Australian Parliamentarians the same access to the Trans Pacific Partnership negotiating text that US politicians have.
The US Trade Representative has previously said “‘The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative consults with congressional committees on every proposal the United States makes during trade negotiations, and any member of Congress can review the negotiating texts.’
