After days of trying to gather information about the mass salmon deaths in southern Tasmania, any details we received from Liberal ministers were as unclear as the waters of the Huon and Channel at the moment.

The failure of Liberal ministers to manage and be transparent about this marine disaster is astounding. Equally disappointing is the opposition, which seems to be protecting both Big Salmon and the Liberals. They’re both as cosy as each other, with big salmon and both utterly disconnected from their communities.
