The largest community rally at Carlton Beach draws a red line in the sand – no more polluting salmon farms.
On Saturday, over 1,500 concerned Tasmanians from Dodges Ferry, Carlton, and Lewisham united to declare that salmon farms are not welcome in Storm, Frederick Henry, and Norfolk Bays.
The Greens stand with these communities, as we do with those on the east coast, in the Huon, Macquarie Harbour, and the Channel, in the fight against industrial fish farming.
