The new Australian National Aged Care Classification funding model (AN-ACC model) comes into effect from October 1, delivering more funding for aged care residents and providers.
This will mean more carers with more time to care for residents.
This is another measure from the Albanese Labor Government that will help restore dignity and respect to aged care, and implement the changes recommended by the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety.
