This is a huge blow to the morale (of) and disillusions every solider in the country. It is appalling. 24 suicides in 11 weeks and he’s not to blame?! He bears no responsibility! A decent commander will always take responsibility for his actions. You are the Commander in Chief. You don’t blame your troops.
All this bloke has done is blame shift at every possible opportunity!
