Australia has the highest rate of household solar in the world. We are the
capital of household solar. We should be the capital of household batteries to store that energy captured by solar panels.That’s why this morning I introduced the Cheaper Home Batteries Bill, to make it easier to buy solar home batteries.
Batteries will reduce our power bills, secure our energy supply and reduce our emissions. It should be a no-brainer for the Government to provide that extra help so households can afford them.
