Strengthening Rural Communities — Small & Vital | FRRR

It’s a new year and that means new grant opportunities!

Grants of up to $10,000 are available through the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal’s Strengthening Rural Communities grant program.

These grants will fund a broad range of grassroots, community-led initiatives that directly and clearly benefit local communities, and that strengthen local people, places and climate solutions, with a preference for smaller communities (populations under 15,000).

Many Indi groups have previously benefitted from FRRR grants. In the last grant round, successful Indi groups include the Myrtleford and District Landcare and Sustainability Group, Tallangatta Agricultural and Pastoral Society Incorporated and the Yackandandah Brigade CFA.
