Thank you to every one who attended our community forum on the Voice to Parliament last night.
My sincere thanks to Linda Burney, Minister for Indigenous Australians and Dean Parkin, Yes23 Campaign Director,
for joining me and nearly 900 attendees across online and in person at the Cube for our Understand the Voice Forum last night.The room was packed. Hundreds of people from right across Indi and surrounding areas, coming together with a shared sense of generous curiousity about the Voice and the Referendum.
We heard that our region has some of Australia’s most active Yes campaign groups, already out talking about the Referendum and why a Yes vote is so important to achieving better outcomes for First Nations peoples.
