  1. Congratulations on being elected to Parliament… your speech really moved me and I sincerely hope ears and minds were wide open and that your knowledge, experience and commonsense is appreciated. Finally a voice of reason. Good wishes and much luck.

  2. Occasionally one gets to witness something momentous in the Australian Parliament. The long awaited arrival of Jacinta Nampijinpa Price is such an occasion. Her maiden speech is like a canon ball across the bow of an enemy ship. She is like the golden beam of first dawn arising on the darkened landscape of Australia. Oh glorious Hope what a wonderful thing you are! Like the courageous and tenacious Slave Trade Reformer, Wilberforce, who would not give up, she is without doubt a woman born for such a time as this. An outstanding speech as stated by your Coalition colleague. But more than that, a deliberate signal of intent to the people of Australia, that its time for real justice and true empowerment to come to Indigenous Australians, and to all to ALL Australians, for WE all call this land home. Is she the woman for the job? You betcha! and for however long it takes. l for one welcome your arrival to the Australian Parliament and l am encouraged, we will see your dream for your people come to pass. As a 5th generation Australian l salute you JNP.

  3. I was out mowing my lawn when I saw my GREENIE neighbors with their six-year-old daughter walking in my direction.
They stopped to say hello. During our conversation they proudly remarked that their daughter wants to be PM when she grows up.
So, I asked her, “If you were to be the PMt, what’s the first thing you would do? She replied, “I’d give money, food and houses to all the
    homeless people.”
“Wow – thats great” I told her, “You don’t have to wait until you’re PM to do that.
You can come over to my house and mow the grass, pull weeds, and sweep my yard, and I’ll pay you $50.
Then I’ll take you over to the shop where A homeless girl hangs out, and you can give her the $50 to
use toward food or a new house.”
She thought that over for a few seconds, cause she’s only 6. While her mother glared at me, the
little girl looked me straight in the eye and asked, “Why doesn’t the homeless girl come over and do the work, and you can just
    pay her the $50?”
And I said, “Welcome to the REAL WORLD kid.”
They still aren’t talking to me.

  4. What an incredible speech! You are going to make such a real, meaningful difference to Australia and all Australians. Such an intelligent, inclusive, kind and beautiful person. You are just what our government needs. Jacinta for PM!!! I am excited for our future with you being involved in the important decisions for our country. Thank you for being so real. I absolutely admire you and your dedication and compassion for all Australians.
