Congratulations to Dr Nick Cutmore, Dr James Tickner and Mr Dirk Treasure from Chrysos Corporation and CSIRO who have received the 2022 Prime Minister’s Prize for Innovation for their PhotonAssay – a fully automated technology to measure the presence of gold and minerals in ore samples, overturning centuries-old laborious and hazardous chemical methods.
