This Government could raise the age of criminal responsibility so that 10 year olds aren’t locked-up in prison.
They could implement all the recommendations of 1991 Royal Commission into Aboriginal Deaths in Custody and the 1997 Bringing Them Home report on separation of Aboriginal children from their families.
We don’t have to wait for a referendum to do the work. ✊🏾
