Jumps racing statement (Sue Pennicuik 25/7/18)
Jumps racing has delivered another horrific scenario at the Mosstrooper steeplechase race day in Bendigo, Victoria on Sunday 22 July 2018. Several horses fell, twelve horses did not make it to the end of their 3-kilometre-plus events and ‘Something to Share’ was euthanised.
The Greens want to see an end to Jumps racing in Victoria.
