Save Our Bush rally
Construction of the controversial peninsula link has commenced. Community groups gathered outside the Victorian transport infrastructure conference 2010 at Southbank on 2 June, which was addressed by Roads Minister, Tim Pallas, to protest about the destruction of wildlife and rare flora and fauna, which should have been protected or rescued and relocated under an EMP for the project.
