In the last hour Senator Whish-Wilson tried to move a Senate motion calling on the Government to invite Japan to partner with us on non-lethal scientific whaling research and calling on Tony Abbott to raise Australian’s concerns with Japanese PM Shinzo Abe. He was denied leave to move the motion. He reacts to Labor and the Government.
