Samantha Ratnam’s Adjournment to Protect Public Housing
Margaret Kelly has lived in the Barak Beacon housing community for more than two decades. Today marks the official date on Margaret’s notice to vacate issued by the Labor Government, who want to tear her from her home.
This Government would rather privatise this public land, offering property developers bay views, instead of build more public housing.
