The Albanese Government is removing the Fringe Benefits Tax on electric and low emissions cars.
This will help make electric vehicles more accessible and affordable for more Australians, and help deliver our emissions reductions targets of 43 per cent by 2030 and net zero by 2050.
These changes are good for motorists, good for employers and workers, and good for climate action.
