Ellen: How many of the homes in the State Government’s ‘Big Housing Build’ will be public housing?
It was great to see the government embark on a significant investment into social housing in the 2020 state budget.
The announcement has mostly referred to social housing which is an umbrella term used to refer to both public housing and community housing.
State MP for Melbourne, Ellen Sandell, asks the Minister for Housing to confirm how many of these 12,000 new homes will be public housing for public tenants.
