I’m all for reducing carbon emissions from our atmosphere. 🌳 But, there’s only a few of us in Parliament, the Crossbench, that are advocating for real change – move to ethanol, reduce your transport emissions significantly. While you’re at, you’ll only be paying about $1.29 for the fuel, as they do Brazil, converted to AUD. To me, that sounds a lot better than adding a “tax” to our major production industries, which no doubt will be passed on to the Australian people, and hoping it somehow reduces our emissions, as the Government’s Safeguard Mechanism Bill proposes.
