It was great to meet the team from Jet Zero at Parliament this week.
They are all about ethanol and reducing transport emissions, and have ambitions to manufacture sustainable aviation fuel in North Queensland.
With our access to water and sugar cane in North Queensland, this is a region which should be a leader in renewable fuel manufacturing, and serious government investment in initiatives like Jet Zero would be enthusiastically welcomed.
