Last week, the Greens SA said farewell to Mark Parnell and Penny Wright, who will soon move interstate to be closer to family. Mark and Penny are founding members of The Greens SA, which was formed in their lounge room in 1995, and they have played key roles in growing our party to what it is today. Mark was the first member of the Greens SA to be elected to the State Parliament in 2006 and Penny was elected Senator for SA in 2010. For decades Mark and Penny have been tireless advocates for people and planet, both in Parliament and the community. We wish them all the best for their future 💚
