A group of renowned Victorian musicians and their supporters gathered on the steps of parliament to present Greens MP, Sue Pennicuik with a petition bearing 22,000 signatures calling on the state government to overturn the link between live music and ‘high risk’ conditions on liquor licences for live music venues.
