12,000 reasons to save medical research
Greens MP for Melbourne Adam Bandt received 12,000 petitions from health & medical researchers, patients and supporters urging the Federal Treasurer to back-down from proposed cuts to health and medical research.
The petitions were presented in Parliament House Canberra following a strong grassroots campaign to call off the cuts. Adam received the petitions on the day before the Federal budget.
